I have always been impressed with USAA's ability to leverage IT resources and extend them to members through new innovative functionality on the website. A wealth of services from Banking, Insurance, Securities, and Financial Analysis and Advice are all within reach directly from the website. USAA was also one of the first major players in industry to go paperless and promote less paper by offering more secure document delivery even before the global "Green" initiative. Congratulations on being recently rated #1 as Computerworld's magazine the 100 Best Places to Work in IT 2010. Thanks for all the service over the years and we look forward to many more.
