My story is short but to the point: USAA recognized that my credit card number had been stolen and used before I even realized there were bogus charges on my card. They called me, removed the fraudulent charges, and issued me a new card immediately and without any hassle. I don't know what I would've done if USAA hadn't been there to help me - I've heard too many horror stories with other banks. Thanks for your help and great customer service, USAA.

I had the same experience. What a bank we have!!! Had all the others been like USAA, I don't think we would have experienced this world-wide recession!
