Sunday 12/22/13 I noticed an unusual fee deducted from bank account. After a little digging I concluded it was fraud and i called the company and they would not remove the charge. I called USAA to cancel my card while they looked into the transaction to refund me. In the meantime the service rep FedEx'd me a new bank card hoping it would arrive b4 Christmas but not promising. Was so happy to receive my new card on 12/24/13, Christmas Eve. I was so impressed with their commitment to take care of me. Thank you USAA and Merry Christmas!
