So, I just bought an expensive bike to race an IRONMAN on... it actually costs more than the Jeep that I take it to the races with! Obviously, I was worried about it being covered with USAA.
The rep I ended up on the phone with not only had all the answers, but he owned and knew about mountain bikes and road bikes and could relate with all my concerns regarding theft, accidents, and coverage when it's on the roof of my Jeep.
Being able to not only get my questions answered but also to share stories on our biking experiences is why USAA is just different and better than anyone else... they can connect to their members almost no matter what the topic!
