I'm made two difficult/humbling phone calls yesterday on two accounts that fell past due. One to USAA and one to another large credit provider who shall remain nameless. The difference in the conversations was staggering. The other bank asked a million questions, treated me with skepticism and made me feel embarrassed. USAA representative listened, took the arrangement to make the acct current, trusted me AND told me they appreciated my business and to have a great day! So simple yet powerful. I'll never leave USAA. Good times and bad (not as good).
