Through good times and bad I've been a member with USAA since the 1960s. When my first husband filed for divorce he promptly told me I'd have to leave military quarters and get different insurance. One call to USAA and I learned I was still eligible for membership and could still cover both my daughters as well as myself. Many years later, when my daughter and I were both in serious vehicle accidents four days apart from each other, USAA was there again. In fact, an agent even came to the hospital to discuss the status and next steps after I regained conciousness and my memory. They've been there for numerous small incidents, but those were the really big times. I'll always keep that relationship with USAA.
