Has anyone else noticed USAA's shift away from customer-centric service? I could cite numerous examples...if I cared enough. Changing banks.


Transitioning back to a local CU. I stopped recommending USAA several years ago.

I have to agree, USAA has lost its magic and the rates keep going up. I can't believe they recommended the insurance company  with the woman on the TV commercials for my boat insurance. They also lost the 33K loan for my boat and went to the sailors CU. USAA needs to go back to their grass roots!
