I have been a member of USAA for as long as I can remember. My savings account was started in 1999 and my own checking account in 2007. Today, I finally got my own auto policy. I called and was disconnected a few times, and had to deal with frozen systems on their end, but because the representatives were so nice, helpful and apologetic, I didn't mind. They were able to transfer me from my parents onto my own policy and set up automatic bil pay for me over the phone. My representative even stayed on the phone with me to make sure I wasn't disconnected again at that point like I was earlier. They have amazing customer service.
