We all get them - the dinnertime phone calls selling something, or soliciting our business. No matter what you say, they drone on and on.
But not when it comes to auto or home insurance - as soon as I tell them I have my business with USAA, they politely thank me for my time and hang up.
Now that is saying something about the level of service USAA provides, and its customer's loyalty!
