I started out with a different bank when I first entered the Marine Corps. I was not happy with the online availability of accounts and other options that they did not have. I talked to family and friends, and a couple people mentioned USAA. I made the switch, and I immediately noticed how friendly and helpful everyone is. I have been using the bill pay, deposit@home, and soon will be using deposit@mobile (when it finally comes for new BlackBerry models), and have been thoroughly impressed. I now recommend USAA and all of their banking technologies, their low rates on insurance, and their incredible customer service to anyone I come in contact with who does not seem happy with their current insurance provider/bank. I do not know how I made it before without USAA!!
