State Farm was my family's insurance agency since the late '70s, so when I got married to a USAA member I was hesitant to switch over and combine accounts. I am happy to report that USAA has been awesome! The services online cannot be beat, and the customer service is fantastic. Although not a big change in price for me, my USAA car insurance is about $10 cheaper than with State Farm. I am just so happy I made the move.
