I had a HORRIBLE experience when USAA recommended Safelite to replace Mini drivers window! Three different techs tried --not only FAILED but extensively damaged the window control motor inside the door. I took car to Mini dealership -- Safeliite did REIMBURSE 100% but I could not use my car for 2 weeks!!!
