After having USAA auto insurance for less than two weeks, my car's battery died.  After trying to jump it ourselves and getting frustrated, I thought "Wait, I have roadside assistance with USAA".  I called the 800 number and was immediately transferred to someone that took my information and went above and beyond to have someone called to come and tow my car. (Which - from the beginning of the phone call until someone arrived was less than 30 minutes!)  She was more than helpful and friendly and very understanding!  I cannot say enough words to describe the most awesome customer service I have ever had.  To say the least, I am impressed and will encourage others to contact USAA with their auto, banking and financial needs.
