Like many others i have had very poor service from ADT on multiple occassions. We called to schedule a visit after several false alarms and the first available visit was two weeks from the time I called. That service call was scheduled for 8 am to 12 noon today. We received 3 reminder automated calls confirming the appointment in the 36 hours prior to the secheduled service. As of 3 pm today(the cheduled date), noone has showed up. I called and learned that  a vist was rescheduled to tomororw morning. no contact with us had been made. This is the second time this has happenned. I have now been on hold for 13 minutes waiting to talk with someone from service and I will now hang up.

We will be looking into alternative security service providers- USAA should do the same.
