After 8.5 years in the military and many phone calls to banking establishments I have come to expect ungrateful and rude behavior. I was very nervous to call USAA, but did so with encouragement from friends who are members of USAA. I AM SO GLAD I did, my experience was the best I have EVER had when dealing with financial establishments. I talked to Jacquoline and Ashley, and set up home/auto/ son's savings/ general savings/checking and credit card accounts. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and quick. They explained everything in detail and never lost patience with me and my many many questions. They checked everything twice and were true perfection. Keep these people, promote these people for they truly represent USAA in the most positive light possible. Thank you so much and I LOOK FORWARD to a long membership!
