I live in Chile - a country in which USAA does not normally issue credit cards. A guy from USAA - last name Johnson- called and spent thirty minutes with me on the phone to solve the proble. Absolutely OUTSTANDIN customer service!! Thanks, USAA, for serving three generations of my family so well.
