For all of the good things USAA does, one stumble has darkened my attitude towards them. Earlier last month I noticed an unauthorized fee taken from one of my accounts. I notified USAA and after a week the money was returned. A week later I was notified that it was a software glitch that resulted from a system transition and many other people were similarly affected. How does something like this survive software testing? Perhaps USAA should spend less on national advertising and spend more on system integrity.
