I joined up in 1998 when I was overseas. I needed auto insurance and USAA made that experience easy and affordable. Since becoming a member, I've had auto loans, my renter's insurance, and savings with USAA. I've also had one vehicle accident insurance claim. Every experience with USAA has been pleasant and to my satisfaction. I highly encourage anyone who can use them to join.

We are now a three generation family.  I joined in 1966 when I graduated from college and was preparing to enter the Air Force. Our children and two grandchildren (and a grandson-in-law) have also joined.  All this because of good rates, great services and wonderful products. 

It has been such a pleasure to watch this great company advance from a small automobile insurance company for military officers to the financial giant it is today.  Yet, they have not lost their personal touch.
