Hello USAA Members,

I am planning on moving soon from MD to FL/(Orlando)- no kids or a hubby- area, but would like to get some tips.

I want to rent - studio or 1 BED - downsized for good- for a year or two, but a place close to transportation (I sold my car), shopping e trails/parks for me to ride my MTBike.
