New Bank Location

Hello everyone and blessings!! I been with USAA for sometime, through my father who serviced in military. Currently live in Houston, Texas and my question how could I find out on who to talk to or with in regards of possible building a USAA bank location in Houston? Because beleive me there are USAA members here in Houston, Texas. At my place of employment I speak and talk with them alot.

I do not have a point of contact for you but I am happy to share your feedback regarding this matter with the appropriate team. At this time we are unaware of plans to open more branches. USAA FSB is primarily an online institution and allows members to complete various bank functions online or via our mobile app. We appreciate you reaching out. - Rhonda
