To date I have not yet received my diamond and there is always an excuse  now through all this NO ONE AT USAA could tell me why the ring was not ordered after I was assured that it would be, finally on 9/24 I got someone who apparently had the ring ordered, I was told I would get the diamond by 10/1/13. Called back today, USAA claimed they did not like the diamond that was ordered so they are still searching for one as of today, and they don't understand why I am upset. I am going back to my old insurance company as soon as I get this settled. What's more all I can hear is I am SORRY, yes USAA YOU ARE sorry!!
