One of the hardest things I've ever done is taken over all of my mother's affairs. She's 85 and has dementia. It is at times a daunting, mind numbing job. Something as simple as trying to get Mom's first new phone bill paid was becoming a nightmare. The phone company provided me the wrong address. The young lady from USAA bill pay who helped me was a dream. I kept looking for the money to be taken from her account and it wasn't. USAA looked up the phone company and thought I had the wrong addess. Together we got the phone company on the line and USAA stopped payment on the electronic check, corrected the address, and sent the payment a second time. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. One thousand thanks to USAA bill pay department. You are amazing! Your customer service is second to none. USAA I'll be with you for the long haul!
