Merchant Problems - No worry with USAA on your side

I rented a U-Haul trailer round-trip one day, and the U-Haul retailer tried to charge me a one-way fee and multiple days. I attempted to resolve difference with retailer and was put on hold three times for over an hour waiting, and told they were closing when I went in person. USAA accredited my account for the difference between what I really owed and what merchant charged. THANK YOU USAA!
