I have been with USAA since the late 90's. I began with the auto insurance. I was so impressed with the company, I soon bagan banking with them. Since then, I have used USAA for EVERYTHING. They have always been professional and courteous to me. I have used the bill pay since I found out it existed. They have NEVER done me wrong with that service! The only down side I saw was eliminated when they started the Deposit@Home feature. My co-workers are amazed to discover I can deposit checks from home with my scanner. Even with the changes from the "Great Recession," USAA has remained an excellent company with a focus on it's membership. In my opinion, USAA is equaled only by the VA among the benefits I recieve as a military veteran.
