I made a payment to my credit card on line for the "total payment due". The system then tried to debit my checking account for the whole balance on the card. I called to let them know this was an error and was basically called a liar when I suggested the system transmitted the data incorrectly. As if the system is perfect and only us stupid customers have glitches. Not only did it cause an overdraft at my bank but they are trying the transaction again which will cause another overdraft. How do I make them stop? This is not the USAA I grew up with and have been a 20+ year member of.
