I really do not remember why I joined USAA, but knowing me it was probably because their rates were better than anyone else's. As a 2d Lieutenant, money was very tight. Anyway, I have been a member over 30 years and very much appreciate the competitive rates, the value, and the superior customer service. I am very fortunate to belong to USAA.
