Do to a mix up with USAA bank my insurance payment did not process. I was accessed 20.00 fee and called to see if this fee could be forgiven and I was told no. USAA is going down hill I mean really a big compay like this can't cancel hitting me with a 20.00 fee. I have paid my insurance faihtfully every month and never had any issues. They treat there loyal customers like dog mess. USAA needs to revive it's vison and mission statement.
