Insurance lost me hundreds

For a simple car repair it took about a month .1 body shop that did terrible work one that wanted to put lesser parts. And sent me to a rental car and body shop location that was 80 miles away when there are.30 Body shops 10 miles away.

Um what..? Your message is really confusing. I never had any problems the two times I needed things fixed.
