When I got my first car in 1964, I started with USAA. They have come through for me during two difficult times in my life.
1. When my first husband (also a brat) was killed in Vietnam!
You were there for me and helped me with answers to questions I didn't even know to ask.
2. When my parents died four months apart in 2002/2003. Again, you were there and provided unimaginably great customer service in helping me to settle their affairs. You were the only company that didn't fight me when I was making the difficult decisions about my parents' assets.
Now I have my son and his family as part of the USAA family, and FAMILY is just how I feel about USAA! Thanks for making my life so much easier and less stressful!
