I have been a member of USAA since 1974 but the service decline in the last year has become so poor that I have no choice but to leave USAA. My questions are not answered properly. Service is now unacceptable.


Care to give us some examples? I thought you were joking when I read the subject/topic then I opened your post.
That is so sad, I too have been a member since 1974 and haven't had any service issues. Was it a one time issue or multiple issues, I know that everyone has a bad day now and then, you should consider giving them another chance, the grass isn't always greener or cheaper somewhere else. When speaking with many of my friends about their woes we have it pretty darn good with USAA. Hope you stick in there!
