Can't thank USAA claims people enough, they were prompt and fair with me regarding my BMW 525I that floated through the streets of Gerritsen Beach Brooklyn, NY. Even though I lost all my car, apartment and all my military and Homeland Security (Customs and Border Protection) awards, and the rest of my possessions, it brightened up my my day. I also have to thank my neighbors in Brooklyn, NY for their self reliance and assistance. ( the water level rose so fast I had to swim out of my apartment) Still I count myself as fortunate considering what others in New York City and New Jersey lost. Most of my neighbors are Military veterans, Police and fire Department).
