How I Stumbled (Fortunately) into USAA

In 1967, as a fresh-caught Ensign, I bought my first post college car. While making arrangements, my Chief Engineer, a mustang Commander, said, in essence, "Of course you want to insure it through USAA!". I've never looked back since.
