Prior to joining the Army, I was in the financial services industry. One of my jobs during transactions was to verify insurance coverage. Often times, due to privacy laws, it became necessary to have the client do a conference call with the company. Every single time I dealt with USAA, I was amazed that people still were treated with the respect they received from their representative. I always thought one major benefit of serving this great country was to be able to be with USAA. Naturally, when I needed to set up my direct deposit after joining the Army, I chose USAA. It has since blossomed into auto insurance, renters insurance, savings and an IRA. Every time I compare rates and service, it leads me back to USAA. I tell all my fellow soldiers, "if you are not with USAA, you are missing out."
