I have been a member of USAA for 10+ years. That being said the service my family has received with this company has been amazing until we decided to apply for a home loan. I will spare you the details and get to the gist; the process was horrible, the estimated charges more than tripled, the service was horrible and we ended up using another institution. It pains me to say this about USAA and hopefully in the future they will correct this process.
