We have never had to submit a claim, fortunately, and we have been member for 20 years or so. The customer service has always been excellent. Presently, I am concerned about increase in policy prices and increases in changes/ endorsements. Our original contract seems to have changed so rapidly and that I am  no longer completely clear about what or how much my coverage actually covers. I am nervous about what to expect should we ever need to file a claim.
