Wow. What a horror story.
It shouldn't take more than 1 phone call to find out what happened. Not 2, 3, 4 calls, mailed letters, etc etc.

Sounds like you got put on "that list". I can only imagine they suspect you of something unlawful.

It sounds very very odd that a financial institution would do an all hands on deck action to shut a customer down on ALL accounts.
