I've had pretty terrible luck the past few months... Two months ago, I rear-ended a lady. A month ago, I dryed all of our clothes and they all shrunk too small (which was the only thing that is excluded). Two weeks ago, our power went out and we lost everything in our refrigerator. Yesterday, I ran over my laptop as I was backing out... And Every time, Usaa has had my back and has assisted me within moments of the incidents.
You have to love companies like this... This is one that actually cares about it's customers.
