Over the past decades I have dealt with many institutions and services and can honestly say that USAA is the gold standard for customer service. .. . . always willing to answer my questions, no matter how dumb or outlandish, always courteous, always patient. I trust USAA to be fair, honest, and forthcoming. I take advantage of many USAA services, including investments, home and auto insurance, banking and credit card.
