I received a phone call two days ago from USAA's Fraud Prevention department, notifying me that there were some unusual spending patterns on my USAA Debit. Lo and behold, when I checked my account online, I realized that my card had been compromised. I called USAA, and within ten minutes, my card had been frozen, and a new card was in the mail via Fedex Priority Overnight. It arrived the next day at 10:30AM. 48 hours after I discovered the unauthorized charges, USAA has fixed the problem, sent me a new card, and is in the process of reversing the disputed debits. I was lucky to have my parents (both members) sign me up with USAA at birth. In twenty years, you haven't let me down, whether traveling abroad or banking by mail. Thanks USAA.
