I have to say that I've had a sense of peace ever since I had the privileged of joining USAA because of the knowledgeable and helpful staff that work here.  One such person is Lauren D.  I called one day because I needed some advice on my policies and coverage.  I was able to meet my goals with all the help she offered me. People like her make all the difference in this company.
