I would like to commend Frances, one of your customer service representative for her assistance.
I was going to apply for an increase in my existing personal loan because there was an emergency in the family that required a substantial amount (2500.00) quick.
Frances was very helpful in trying to find a way to solve my financial needs and eventually suggested that i make an advance online in my new usaa credit card ( i had not received my card in the mail yet ), which was immediately deposited to my checking account.
Frances was trying to check all possible solutions and i could hear the concern in her voice.
I am already used to USAA's excellent service but this experience just makes one very thankful to be their client.
