Last night I tried to contact USAA's roadside assistance and was very lucky that I didn't have to depend on them.  I tried for almost two hours to contact someone to tow my car.  I got nothing but a recording a awful hold music!!  I've never been let down by USAA like this before.  I guess everybody is feeling the money crunch.  Luckily I wasn't in a situation where I didn't have other assistance.  I will be letting someone know if I can ever get them on the phone.

Definitely leave feedback on your experience. USAA does listen to the member feedback and experience. I'm concerned with this experience, and hope it's a one time ordeal.
