Deceased Spouse

On August 2, 2021 my husband died at the house in our bed. USAA still has not sent me the money out of his account.  My lawyer has sent documents and I have sent everthing they have asked for. Every week they need something different

@Lynn4014 - there should be a special group that works with you on this.  If you still do not receive a resolution, I highly recommend posting your concern to the BBB's website and that will prompt someone from the President's office to give you a call.  You then will have the opportunity to explain that back and forth that often occurs when working with USAA, etc.  Good luck and I am very sorry to hear about your husband.
