I just wanted to say thank you ... for many things this year.  For quickly and professionally handling my recent flood claim, for investigating and returning money I lost in a recent robbery, for automatically renewing my auto insurance and mostly, for replacing my debit card without my having to ask because you know that it could have been compromised in the Target Store events.  You guys are great. It feels as if you're looking out for me. I am and remain a loyal and happy USAA customer.

How do I get  a new debit card since I have not received a new one after the current one has expired. I have called and tried to get a replaement sent through the website to no avail....
