Thank you USAA for paying close attention to your customers. I attempted to use my debit card for a charge under $5.00 and my card was declined. I knew that I had funds in there so I called to find out the problem. Thanks to your close attention I found out that an attempt had been made to charge over $1,400 to my account and your representatives did not believe those charges were mine so my card was temporarily suspended and those charges declined. When I spoke with your representative she explained the situation, deactivated the old card and issued me a new one. Your close attention and monitoring saved me a lot of headache and heartache. Thanks for your excellent customer service.
