This was a nice testimonial, but why is a post from July, 2010 still being displayed? This is not indicative of what most members are posting today. But it does illustrate the apparent decline in customer service.
Well it is fairly accurate. 12 years ago this company was pretty darn good. Maybe they just got tired of seeing all the negative reactions.
