Consistent Excellence in Service

USAA Co has been consistent in their service which I rate as excellent!! I have been a member since I was in ROTC and I have never had a problem with any of their services. I know I can count on USAA, no matter what it is or where I am USAA has always answered my calls and provided me with Excellence in Service. Javier, Virginia Beach

This was a nice testimonial, but why is a post from July, 2010 still being displayed?  This is not indicative of what most members are posting today.  But it does illustrate the apparent decline in customer service.

Well it is fairly accurate.  12 years ago this company was pretty darn good.  Maybe they just got tired of seeing all the negative reactions.

Thanks for the comments @Topstar . We do have archiving rules in place- I'm not sure how this one slipped by! Thanks for flagging it.
