I am a Real Estate agent trying to close on a home with my buyer.  The seller is stuck out of the country and needs to set up a Power of Attorney (POA) so we can close on the home.  The closing attorney is asking for a Commissioned Officer (anywhere in the US), willing to be on a Zoom call to observe the seller completing the POA documents and then he/she (commissioned officer) would notarize them.  This will allow the sellers' POA to be at closing and we can close as planned in early June.  Is there anyone able to help?

HI @RealtorFranK

I wanted to add you may have some luck finding who you need through the Mlitary's Legal services:

Here is the link to the Navy legal services locator- but each branch has these services:

Best of luck to you and your client!

Hello, RealtorFrank, USAA does not offer that service, but hopefully within the social  media community there is someone who will see this message and be able to assist you.
