Recently while going through something traumatic, I was inexcusably unkind to a representative on the phone.
Days later, I received a personal letter from her telling me that she was sorry for what I was going through and keeping me in her thoughts!
Not only has USAA taken care of my 5 homes, two teenagers and their car accidents, 15 cars, and very special personal property, they have even taken care of me!
