I totaled my car in Sept 2007 and was very very upset.
USAA paid for my rental car and I had a check for the
cost of my car within 25 days. It was great having
USAA take care of all my issues. The USAA agent was
very helpful whenever I had questions.
I feel fortunate that I could relay on USAA at this time
in my life.
