When I was 17 I was in a car crash on a road trip far from home. I could not reach my parents and had no clue what to do as the car was totaled. I called USAA and the rep walked my thru exactly what to do, got me a rental car delivered and called my parents until she was able to reach them. Way above and beyond in my opinion!
Been a member almost 50 years now and would never change!
